How to Use?
Chrome powder with a fabulous metallic shine for surface nail art. Using the Chrome Pen's integrated sponge applicator, the chrome powder can be rubbed onto nail enhancements and gel polish surfaces, and it can also be used in combination with stamping.
Rub the chrome powder onto the surface of halfway cured no-cleanse top gel, then apply two layers of flexible top gel. If used with stamping, gently press the powder into the halfway dried stamping polish or the halfway cured stamping gel, then apply a flexible top gel to seal your design.
