4th International Training Day

A family reunion is a truly special event. Family members arrive from all over the world in order to gather around a dinner table, share a special meal, talk, and enjoy each other's company. And so it came to be that 57 persons arrived from 15 countries in order to attend the 4th International Perfect Product Training event in Budapest.

As proper kick-off, the day of arrival featured a team building game in the evening. The Neverland escape rooms and bar provided an exciting setting for the first gathering. All participants were provided with name badges indicating their respective countries as well. An atmosphere of anticipation, excitement and enthusiasm reigned as the small groups were waiting for their turn to try their hands at finding their way out of a challenging escape room.

The next morning, it was time to get down to business. Mini workstations were set up for each nail technician in a lecture hall of the stylish Hotel President that also featured a display of the newest Perfect Nails products and Sara Beauty Spa skincare sets. The brand new products, collections and techniques were introduced by master trainers, who worked at a table placed on a podium, and a live camera feed enabled participants to view a close-up image on large screens.

The morning session featured extreme nail sculpting by Kriszta Gáspár-Köbli, who demonstrated the use of novel artificial nail products. A gothic almond nail was sculpted in salon length with a French edge. Several nail art techniques were combined to create a mesmerizing Ocean Deep design on the French edge. Using a nail form, the nail extension was sculpted with Extreme Whitening Gel, providing a clear base for the design and a final clear-capping layer on the completed nail art. The smile line was formed with Acrylgel Cover. The design featured the Vitrage LacGel Collection, chrome flakes and crushed seashell bits. Having watched the trainer’s every move, participants were then given a chance to work on their own hands.

The afternoon sessions featured several nail art techniques. Fruzsina Drabant and Éva Darabos showed several designs on tips, including Vitrage colors, rose gold and magenta chrome powders, the CupCake and 9D CatEye LacGel Collections and nail stamping supplies.

The second day of the Perfect Nails event posed a challenge to all nail technicians, since everyone took an exam based on the newly learned techniques, from sculpting to nail art. The finished nails and tips were evaluated and scored by all three master trainers individually. When all was said and done, it was literally time to get down to business. A short but concise presentation was given by the Export Sales Manager, Gábor Korondán, highlighting business developments and statistics. The newly joined countries, The Netherlands, Slovenia and Norway were introduced as new family members. All Perfect Nails countries were pleased to hear that the brand shows a continuous yearly turnover increase of over 20%. In the end, all of us contribute to a common goal: personal and professional growth.

The Perfect Nails family did sit down to a family dinner, enjoying the medieval atmosphere of Budapest’s unique Sir Lancelot restaurant. Certificates were handed to participants and recognition awards to country distributors for their business accomplishments. Delicious food, great entertainment (featuring sword fighters, a belly dancer, and flame dancing), wonderful company, family atmosphere – the 4th International Perfect Product Training event was clearly a great success.
