Rub onto the surface of cured no-cleanse top gel with an ombre sponge, then apply two layers of flexible top gel (e.g. Top Gel - Cool Shine Ever). If used with stamping, gently press the powder into the halfway dried stamping polish or the halfway cured stamping gel, then apply a flexible top gel to seal your design.
