How to Use:
- Rub into a semi-cured, no-wipe top coat in 1 or 2 layers, then cover with 2 layers of flexible gloss gel OR- Apply Glue Gel or thin builder gel (e.g., Platinum Gel) to the surface, press the flakes into it, and after curing, cover with a moderately thick, flexible gloss gel (e.g., Extreme Gloss Top).
