How to use:
- Rub into a semi-cured, non-fixation top coat, then cover with a flexible gloss gel OR- Apply Glue Gel or a thin brush-on builder gel (e.g., Elastic Hard) to the surface, then press the flakes into it. After curing, cover with a flexible gloss gel (e.g., Cool Shine Ever).
